We will achieve this goal through these objectives:
Monitoring and boosting educational gain and transformational growth through our curriculum, enabling students to curate their development, gaining essential transferable skills reinforced by micro-credentials to strengthen their skills for employment.
Ensuring our students’ journey develops and empowers them to succeed as highly employable graduates by incorporating real and simulated work-based learning in every course, including employing significant numbers of students, directly and via partners.
Redesigning our curriculum to connect students with local, regional and global challenges through cross-disciplinary credit-bearing modules, boosting research engagement, and expanding problem-based learning​.

Supporting growth in our world-leading research by establishing new research centres and institutes and nurturing existing ones, to promote the engagement, collaboration and impact of our researchers. Our internal systems will support our growth ambitions, including targeted support for large research bids.
