 is the Senior Director, Business Management & Transformation at Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation)

 

With a strategic vision for business transformation, Tony serves as the Senior Director of Business Management & Transformation at PlayStation. He is a graduate of The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (Class of 2002) and he began his career as a Development Engineer at Goodman’s before advancing to Technical Project Manager at Kenwood.

For the past 18 years, Tony has held various key roles at PlayStation, spanning Product Planning, Business Development, Service Development (as a founder of PlayStation Plus), Chief of Staff, and Game Development. He has led high-profile partnerships with companies like Netflix and Amazon, and most recently, focused on Business Management and Transformation. Notably, Tony spearheaded the acquisition of Hawk-Eye, introducing cutting-edge goal-line technology into the Sony family.

In his current role, Tony leads the Business Process & Transformation Office, where he is dedicated to executing strategic transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency and drive organisational success.

In addition to his corporate role, Tony is a Committee Member at The Prince's Trust, where he applies his expertise in strategic planning to support the Trust’s fundraising efforts in the digital and gaming sectors. Passionate about mentoring, he enjoys nurturing young talent and empowering the next generation of innovators, aligning with his passion for fostering growth and innovation.
